As a new patient I had an amazing experience. From my first impressions with reception to the end with checkout everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff and providers made me feel very well cared for. Dr Nguyen listened to me and was very proactive in getting me the best care and making my transition to this practice from my retiring physician amazing. I came to this practice from a family recommendation and will now be recommending them to anyone looking for a new primary care.

I felt well looked after, Very positive vibe,everyone smiling. It was hard not to feel better. Great setting up your future visits and letting you know why you need them. Great Doc This comes from a 65 yr old,who hasn't been ( except co physicals) to a Dr in 43 yrs,so I notice these things And I have a Dr

Fast service but be ready to wait 2 for psychology but last say comfortable with staff there

Praises for Dr. Kumar and staff. They were able to schedule my dad a few days s/p hospitalization. Not only were they fast and efficient, I was able to make my flight and have a quick bite with my dad. Thank you!!

Staff are very helpful. Every time I come I am treated with respect and kindness. Any issues they immediately address. Highly recommend.

Great staff , very caring and patient. The bathroom however needs attention: no bar to assist the disabled and I had to leave my walker outside due to narrow door. Perhaps there is another that will admit a walker or a wheelchair

I had a positive experience with Sydney English, FNP for my annual exam which included labs and referrals I really needed after a recent surgery. Follow up went well too. She listened and was thorough. As far as the facility goes, I feel bad for the staff/patients that have to listen to literal baby lullaby music in the waiting area. Having decent music in the waiting area can bring lots of positive energy and boost morale for staff and patients. It may seem silly to bring this up but it's just general feedback. I am happy with my experience overall though and thankful for the care I have received.
